其实前2周已经开始采制。
桐木属高寒茶区，茶树育芽缓慢而不平均，常需攀爬茶园遍寻嫩芽；
又时有雨天，常常几日才得干茶几两。

標高が高く気温が低いエリアにある桐木村では、お茶の木の発育もゆっくりでバラバラなので、新芽を摘むためには、茶畑をすみずみまで探さなければなりません。
雨の日は、室内で茶葉を乾燥させます。技術と体力が必要とされる、修行のような作業なのです。
